Most of us do not start down a path of enlightenment and Zen living to become a better person, but thankfully it is definitely a byproduct of the journey as you feel happier and more fulfilled. When you learn to act with your newfound clear mind, you will find that every area of your life will improve. Shedding fear, old hurt and negative emotional responses will allow you to act and react in the most natural way possible.
